Conston is an experienced criminal defense and civil attorney serving clients across Southern Texas, both on the state level and within the Southern District of Texas at the federal level. A proud native of Jackson, Mississippi, Attorney Conston's dedication to his community is the driving force behind the success of Conston & Associates.
A former wide receiver at Morehouse College and an avid fisherman, Attorney Conston combines a strong work ethic with patience and attention to detail, ensuring that each case receives the thorough attention it deserves. Known for his straightforward approach and ability to simplify complex legal matters, Attorney Conston takes the time to ensure that clients fully understand every aspect of their case with complete transparency.

Darren Sankey is the co-founder and lead attorney at Conston, Sankey & Associates, a full-service law firm based in Houston, Texas. With extensive experience in criminal and personal injury law, Darren has successfully represented hundreds of clients, achieving favorable outcomes in a wide range of legal matters.
Darren’s passion for law developed at an early age, guiding him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Alabama A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.
Outside of his legal practice, Darren is deeply committed to community service, especially mentoring at-risk youth in underserved communities.
Darren resides in Houston with his wife and two children.
